Birthbalance Connect (Est 2014) welcome women and their birthing companions to their well known and highly recommended comprehensive pregnancy courses. During this course you will gain all the confidence you need to help you on your journey through pregnancy, labour, birth and, parenting in the early months. We will soon be first time parents, and recently attended the Birthbalance comprehensive course run by Michele. We found the course to be very well planned, informative, and educational with a lovely touch of humour in a comfortable and casual setting. Michele is extremely knowledgeable, wearing many hats in the birthing world. Michele is an advocate for natural physiological birth, but also provided facts and information around other factors to consider, such as caesareans and pain relief.
